The cost of postage is on the parcel that you send back.


I forgot to say that I paid with gift certificates and was refunded for the dvd player back to my certificate balance but the postage was credited back to my card.
I have always found there customer service to be very good.

Well I will soon ind out how good their returns policy is, the new dvd player arrived to day and the door was jammed open. Wont shut so Im sending it back tomorrow. Printed off the postage slip and will take it to the post ofice. I trust Amazon I have never had to return anything but they are a good company. Bit disappointed as I was looking forward to my new dvd player and now will have to wait for a new one. Will let you know how long it takes and the returns system. Eek didnt want to be a guinea pig for this wanted to watch my dvds.....

If you've asked for a replacement you shouldn't have to wait very long. Amazon usually dispatch the replacement before they receive the return.

OK well I got my replacement in this morning which is great service from Amazon - the other ones still to be returned. The dor on the replacement is fine - still to test it out but. But for the people worried about the returns I am very impressed so far I just filled in the web form and they sent a replacement within 3 days. Still will have my postage to get back but I dont honestly think it will be a problem. Now to go test out my new dvd player, Yipeee !!!

well they haven't run out or put the price back up. am a bit surprised about that. perhaps this price will stay as it is and its anyones guess whether they will run out or not any time soon.
