Got mine today so will let you know what its like. I Think Amazon pay for the postage for returning an item as they provide you with a return slip. And it was sent free.0

nebsta wrote:Oh right, can you check the slip and see if it says freepost for me please? Only asking because it says in a review on amazon that it cost them £18 to send it back (which is nearly as much as the player).
Hi nebsta
I had to send one of these back to Amazon. If you go into your account there will be an option for returns, you have to print the lable off and attach it to the parcel. I sent mine by recorded delivery and it cost about £12 but Amazon refund the cost of return postage with no problems.

Sparky61, did they ask for proof of payment for postage? Also, did they refund this onto your credit/debit card or send you a gift certificate? Sounds like their returns policy is good IF something did go wrong so I think i'll order one as I wont be using it that often.0

I have returned many things to amazon and they are fine. If its faulty or there is some other problem you pay to send it back and then contact them with how much you have paid. It is the re-funded no questions asked. You don't have to prove it in any way and its really quick. ANY problems will be sorted with amazon - if you email them you need to directly tell them what you want, you always get it (within reason!):j :j0
