My Halifax ISA has just dropped to 0.1%
So I was thinking to transfer it across to the Halifax 1.95% for now
and then if better rates come along by the end of April transfer to them or if not the Santander 2.5%.

provided the Santander 2.5% isn't pulled before you change then its a reasonable plan.0

Why not transfer to the Santander account now? You can always transfer again if you find a better rate.0
