Flight Compensation Payout

Dear Martin...my wife and I were delayed on on EasyJet flight from Faro to Bristol in September 2012 for 11hours. On reading on your website about claiming compensation for flight delays, we used the forms downloaded from your website and duly sent them off to EasyJet. We didn't hear anything from them for 2 weeks, then a letter arrived from them to say our compensation claim had been approved. We were delighted to receive 800 euros paid into our bank within 2 weeks. The whole process took just a month.
