47kg bottles to bulk tank

Currently my home heating is supplied by 4 x 47kg LPG bottles.

This is my 4th year under this system, and whilst originally it worked out financially ok, although I accepted this wasn't the most cost effective way of having lpg supplied (no mains gas), I've now decided to look into having a bulk tank supplied.

What advice can you give me?
The things I'm wondering about are:-
Do I get my LPG boiler installer to supply and fit tank, or
Do I go to an lpg supplier to do the installation?
Where it say's 'safety distance normal 3m, or Firewall 1.5m' what is this actually telling me, so I can look about possible tank locations.
Any idea what the possible installation costs might be? Just so I can be aware if I'm getting a good deal
What roughly should I expect to be paying for gas, and the additional daily rates? I'm assuming this should still be cheaper than the £108 per pair of 47kg bottles
Will I need to sign up to a contract initially?

Sorry so many questions, but here's where I get unbiased advice, without someone trying to sell me something,

Regards
Munchie

We looked into a bulk tank as an option for an extension we are doing.

We were soon knocked back by one supplier due to location, the tanks now have to be positioned 3M away from any fence or boundary or adjoining property.

So with a garden 100m long and 6M wide we were stuffed !
