Karcher Window Vac - advice request

We want to buy a Karcher Window Vac - but are unsure which model to get ...

Screwfix do the WV50 @ £50
and the WV60 @ £64.99 - which appears to be a WV50 with accessories - but is it worth the extra £15 ?
The main use will be for drying out steamed up windows after a shower - but also for cleaning the conservatory windows.

My missus works at B&Q, she picks up all the stuff that's minus box/damaged packaging etc

She brought one of these home last autumn. I said she'd wasted her money, although very cheap, couldn't have been more wrong, it's the best gadget we have had for years. It's brilliant, having 2 big bays, 1 a bedroom, it earns it's keep.

We got the basic model, no add on's. If the accessories include a mop type fitment then that's the 1 to go for. It does leave a few drops of moisture wherever you start, looks better wiped off.;);)
I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)

Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed

The WV60 appears to be a WV50 with a wider head and a trigger spray bottle !!

Another vote for this superb gadget - bought the basic WV50 and also the narrow "blade", as we have huge sash windows with narrow panes at the sides.

Brilliant for condensation, not used it for actual cleaning yet!

My elderly parents have one of these , I assumed it was a bit of a gimmick. One of their neighbours has bought one since they got theirs , sounds like I'll have to try it out tomorrow when I'm over there by your reports.

We have the wv50 its great for french doors and sticky childrens fingers, the only person who doesnt like ours is the window cleaner as i now clean ours myself now. Its paid for its self in what we would have paid the window cleaner.
