De veres Hotel Sale

I have been trying the De Vere Sale line and website since 8 this morning to try and book for their sale. Anyone had any luck. I can't get through and their website is down.

me niether i logged on at 7.45am and it said the site wasn't working then.

Couldn't get through on their website either, but OH has just phoned up and got 2 rooms for 2 nights for £80

I was caller 38 and held on for 19 minutes and then when it came to my turn the phone clicked me over to the generic answer phone I held on for another 5 minutes but no answer. This promotion is the biggest load of rubbish I have ever spent time on, the website says the price for a lot of the rooms is £20 and then when you click on it you get cost £94. Money saving expert have cost me money promoting this deal albeit 72p!

Were you on hold for long? I have now managed to get through but it is now playing music at me and has done for the last 10 minutes!

does anyone know if you book children or can they be added after, cant find their childrens policy? Can anyone help me out, thanks

I took my son last time for free. They put a note on the booking for a z bed in the room and they give you a bigger room.

I have officially given up! I agree when you get to the beginning of the queue it just plays music. How frustrating.

yes I was on hold for about 6 minutes with just the music playing before that it was an automated message counting me down from caller 38, this took 19 minutes and then just the music.
