Listen to the answerphone message that you finally reach after following the menu to cashback queries on 0845 3455000. This is a company that sounds as though it is running out of cash. Two of the first three cashback payments have been very slow and now they will not even estimate when payment will be made.

Clearly, they assume that many people will give up chasing or miss the deadline for claiming. I think the site should stop recommending this type of offer.

Really? My 1st and 2nd cashbacks took nearer 80 days to come through so please allow me to be sceptical.

That also means that your claim was submitted no earlier than March 7th. Do you want to confirm the actual date? My third claim was received on Jan 31st which is about 5 weeks before yours so you can understand why myself and others are not happy.
