cash isa interest limit

I have a cash ISA of around 5k with lloyds tsb for 2011/12 year, i got an interest 190£ that is paid on April 02, 2013 into the same cash isa account.
I have opened a cash ISA for an amount 5640£ with santander for 2012/13.
As the 190£ got credited in lloyds tsb cash isa. Will that affect the limit of 2012/13?

Any interest credited does not count towards your isa limit.

you can transfer any amount currently in an ISA to another ISA - this includes any interest accrued on the account - so you can transfer the whole amount to your new ISA if that is what you are asking?

Yes you can -- but why would you?

If your savings account pays better interest than your ISA, you should be looking at an ISA transfer (using the proper transfer process).

If it doesn't, what would be the point of transferring the interest?
