Sent a letter to Thomas Cook in early February for a 4 hour delay, Manchester to Kos 2010, and had no reply by 31/03/2013. Sent an e-mail to TC 31/03 and had a response 03/04/2013, offering £1356 in vouchers. Have asked for £1356 in cash rather than vouchers.
