Best thing to do is get as far away from EE as possible they are inept and run by a bunch of retards.0 -
I called their CS after repeated issues. Unfortunately, the woman I spoke to didn't speak English amazingly well, and as I had an unusual issue she couldn't quite grasp what I was saying. (add-on for 08 numbers added to my account, phoned several 08 numbers, which I was charged for (£40+ altogether) which had brought me over my credit limit, and therefore invoked an automatic cut off, despite the fact the calls should have been included in the add-on)
After the 10th time I was told I shouldn't have gone over my credit limit if I didn't want cutting off (totally missing the point I had a load of inclusive minutes in the add-ons and two and two wasn't being put together) I asked if there was somebody there who may understand better. I said it like this "I'm sorry, we seem to be going round in circles and you still don't appear to understand the issue. Is there somebody else there who may be able to understand better?"
I got a mouthful of abuse, called a racist, and hung up on. Needless to say the next call I made to T-Mobile/EE/whatever was to ask for a PAC code... And that was a whole other palaver!0 -

I have experienced the exact same awful service.0 -
Hi, This is my first post here so hope I'm in the correct area.
Had an email recently from vodafone letting me know that my vodafone passport was being replaced with euro traveller. I enquired with cust services and was told it was a benefit as it will cost only £3 per day. I will be abroad for 12 weeks this summer 12 x £21= £251.
I picked up a leaflet in the store and it clearly states euro traveller will only be triggered by making a call, text or using the internet. It then states "theres no charge for receiving calls and texts."
This last statement is apparently not true , as I have just been informed by cust svs that I would be charged for incoming calls and I must have misread the leaflet.
Pls be careful if you use euro traveller as described!!0
