Feltham seems to have a very bad reputation (yobs, crimes, bad schools etc). Is this really true? Can anyone here throw some light on what it is actually like living in Feltham especially on Boundaries Road? Also is there a lot of noise from planes which is disturbing?

We regularly go to Feltham cineworld and Asda. Also there are the regular high street shops like Boots, Superdrug, Next, Natwest, Barclays, Argos, Iceland, Sports Direct, Mc Donalds etc. We never saw any sort of unsocial or bad behaviour. The houses on Boundaries road are really nice and the road and gardens are very clean and well kept. The schools nearby have a Grade 2 (good) rating which is better than most schools. I just cannot understand how can such a well developed area with such good shopping facilities and banks and schools have a bad reputation. Where are these so called gangs?
