Unless you spend a lot of M&S and can use this a leverage to obtain good will they aren't obligated to honour the tag price.

You were offered 20% off the £25 though, not 20% off the "marked" price :P

Technically even if they were selling in shops for the £19.50......they can charge you a different price online. Usually its the other way around though (with cheaper prices online due to lower overheads, more competition etc).
