Be careful, I have been told that I am not entitled to it cos the wrong person carried out the financial review. I have complained and awaiting a decision from HO.

That's a really strange excuse for not paying out - it's not your fault if the wrong person carried it out! They should uphold your complaint and pay out or at least let you get it for going through a review with the "right" person.

    Regards

    HI there

I had my review on 22 Feb and the money has just appeared in my Plus Saver account today. I'd almost given up hope!

Does anyone know how I can use this £25 to pay off a credit card? Can I do a transfer in the same way as with the current account? There is no A&L branch anywhere near me so I can't just go in and withdraw it.

I finally received a cheque for £25 today, not for the financial review, but as a goodwill gesture
