Sorry Soolin, but ebay do have a category for Bath & Body>>Travel & Sample Sizes - so ebay must allow them. Even ebay couldn't create a category and then say it's not allowed! ;)

Items that are not allowed include, but are not limited to:
    • Testers
Unfortunately some give away samples are marked testers and ebay can be trigger happy when seeing them. It pays to be careful with ebay, we know what they mean, they often do not.

Testers aren't the same as samples sizes though.

Testers are products that are usually full size but have been previously opened to demonstrate/test a product.

So long as sample sizes haven't been opened, I thought they were OK to sell?

Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

That is the logical view, but this is ebay and a TRS on the boards only a month or so ago was moaning she had had a lot of her items removed for being in breach of this reg, even though they were 'samples' and sealed.

I once had a neutral because a dress didn't fit the purchasers daughter! It was listed with the correct size on it! Respond so prospective buyers can see your side of the story.

Thanks for the advice everyone, I've now checked my full dashboard and it seems fine and left a response to the feedback. Hopefully won't happen too often!
