Help - Flight stats didn't hold my details....

Options
Hi, We flew from Newcastle Airport to Bodrum on 24.08.2007, and our flight was delayed 7 hours. The flightstats website doesn't seem to have the delay details?
I tried putting in the day before (23.08.2007) in case the stamp in my passport of 24th was because it was after 12 midnight but still no record.
Help? Any Suggestions.:(

It shouldn't be a problem. If you know you were delayed, write to the airline and see if they challenge it. They'll have their own records, and are unlikely to deny the fact of the delay - just the reason for it!
  • Thanks for that :), problem is I can't remember the airline we flew with and was hoping that the Flightstats website would show this for me when I entered details.
I've got the dates from my passport from when it was stamped!
Any other help you can give me??

Not really. If you can't remember the airline, there's nowhere you can take this. You sure you have no emails at all or other documentation? Who did you book the holiday with? - they might be able to help.

Of course, if it was a small and unremarkable airline, including a charter flight, it could have gone bust by now - in which case you'd have no claim anyway.
