Have started rounding down my bank account balances over the last month. I also had a little underspend that I put to one side. Today i have transferred £1.40 from my accounts & so now have a total of £10.79 saved which I will transfer to my ISA :j
I've also counted up my 20p savings & am 40p short of another £10 to bank:mad: - might have to go on a hunt for a couple more coins:rotfl:
If I manage to find some, then I'll pay it into the bank tomorrow & transfer this, plus the £10.79 to my ISA. I'll also transfer the £60 I have in my ING emergency fund account.....so I'll have £80.79 saved:T. Long way to go to reach £1000, but I'm realising that these little payments make a huge difference over time!:money:
Will try to report these little savings every day.....might help me to see I'm making some progress, albeit slowly!!20p Saver Club #33 60p/£100

Took all my 20p coins & loose change to the bank today.....the machine that lets you pay in loose coins was actually working :j:jso I paid in £12.75!!
I have now arranged transfers into my ISA:
£15.00 (I topped up the £12.75;))
£60.07 from my ING emergency fund account
£10.79 from rounding down accounts etc
So the total in my ISA savings is now £85.86:T

Forgot to mention that I've also set up a £25 standing order to my ISA each month, I know it's not much, but I'll hopefully be able to add to it throughout the month:j
Today should be a low spend day - need to pay £1 to DD's dance school but that should be it! DS1 is off to football & then we have no other plans for today.
My goals for today are:
Clean lounge
Catch up on washing
Clean bathroom
Catch up with my sister
Do an hour of ironing:(
Yesterday I bought the kids some new T-Shirts from Prim**k......spent £22 from clothing budget, but they should be sufficient for the summer. just need them to stop growing for a little while:rotfl:
