- and 1.4% is lost to ' statistical ' errors '

Surely the easiest way to prove this figure is to add up all of those that were on IB that have refused to be transferred to ESA either by refusing to attend a medical of just simply closed their claim down. Or maybe they have gone for the ESA medical but were failed and didn't see the point in appealing the decision?

I would imagine that it would look very suspicious if this included IB claimants that had been on IB for a few years and then all of a sudden when ESA pops up they are miraclously cured?

I think we need more meat on this figure just to see how it is calculated.
