So if the disabled and ALL others are :
- responsible for less than 1% of fraud
- and 1.4% is lost to ' statistical ' errors '
- who are these muggers robbing the taxpayer ?
- moats & duck houses spring to mind .. .. as do members of the House of Commons / lords
- statistically its a proven fact that the disabled do not defraud .. .. and that all politicians have been milking the system for years .. .. and the courts agree

They'll soon make the disabled and old wear coded Single triangle or double triangle badges they made prisoners wear in the concentration camps in the Nazi-occupied countries.



Every single hand on this attack on the poor & disabled from legislators all they way through to the greedy immoral apparatchik HCP's should not be allowed to use the “only obeying orders” Nuremberg style defence plea commonly used in many Criminal and Misconduct matters in a court of law to avoid being held to account by history at a later date.

I find it amusing (in a not very amusing way) that it's being proposed to make claimants liable for any error, even ones that were inadvertent, when the rate of payments caused by errors by untrained, often vulnerable claimants is only half again the payments caused by errors of trained DWP staff.

Especially when it may be someone's first contact with the benefits system, and they aren't a well educated healthy person completing the forms in a nice office with colleagues to ask if they're confused about something.
