Think I've been ripped off!

Hi all,
I ordered something online on 30/03/13. It was supposed to be delivered instantly via email but I have not received anything!!
There are no contact details on the site other than a form to fill in which then gives you a reference number.
I've got a feeling I have been ripped off.
The site was called instant-points.net and the payment was for £39.49 has been taken from my account.
What should I do next?
Thanks in advance

Contact card provider and get non reciept chargeback actioned.
So long as it has fully debited, then there is no need to wait 15 days as its a electronic download.
These can be actioned straight away and require no paperwork.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0
