Think I've been ripped off!

Hi all,

I ordered something online on 30/03/13. It was supposed to be delivered instantly via email but I have not received anything!!

There are no contact details on the site other than a form to fill in which then gives you a reference number.

I've got a feeling I have been ripped off.

The site was called instant-points.net and the payment was for £39.49 has been taken from my account.

What should I do next?

Thanks in advance
Bow

Some reports on this thread of problems - the company seem to change their name a great deal (current address has been active less than a week).
