Hi Sea ...glad everythings going ok with OH...and glad to see you a little more upbeat. You seem to have got a lot of motivation all of a sudden...so well done you0

...............and judging by the amount of housework you have done, you seem to be nesting already :eek:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

First off Sea well done with continuing to sort your life out under difficult circumstance.
I am now going to play Devil's Advocate. Because it has to be said sorry. Do you want another child with this man. Who seems to have turned a new leaf but who you know is almost certainly going to let you down again? Would it be harder or easier to leave with 2 children or 3? I am NOT saying you should have no more children, but what I am saying is that you need to think HARD about whether you want more children with HIM.
Like I said I know this will upset you, but everyone else has congratulated, and I just thought you should have a reality check now, to sit down and really think about this before it is too late.
I am sorry I know this will upset, but far better now and to have then sorted out in your own mind that the course you choose is the best one, than when it is too late
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

Hi Chev
No, you've not upset me. I have thought about exactly these things - and yes, it'll probably be more difficult to leave with 3 than 2 but we're still going for counselling and also going to continue with the positive steps we've taken so far. I don't doubt things will get harder again and I'm probably looking at things through rose tinted glasses right now. It was a HUGE shock to be pregnant - something I really didn't expect (of course, should have done - I have had 2 already).
About having another child with him - I am happy to do this, this will be my last child and while it's probably going to be hard, I am pleased about it. Again, probably looking at the most positive outcome. Thing is, I'm pregnant now, and even if we were separating, I would remain so, so we'll see what happens with us.
Probably just waffling now, but I have been thinking a lot about the issues you've risen. The bad things that have happened won't just go away and need to be dealt with.

Blame me why don't you...!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:Is there anything we can all do to help cheer you up? Sending you a big Pimms cocktail and snacks to put a smile on your face
(I think it's hypno and snaggles that have made me start fantasising about pimms now)
Mmmmm, Pimms....it would be lovely to sit out in the garden all day with a big jug of Pimms, with loads of fruit in. Except our garden is overgrown, and the weather is rubbish....oh, and I can't really drink anyway lol!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Hi all
What a busy morning we've had - I actually got up at 7 ish, dressed, showered, kids dressed, at breakfast table by 8.15!! WOW!
Since then I've done all the washing, most of the ironing, made glittery and coloured hand prints with the children (going to tie them together as bunting for my mum's party decorations - she will love this). We've had lunch and are going to do some painted ones soon. I need to do some school related stuff later, but hopefully OH will get up soon and take the kids out for me. I know, I know. I will be having words.
Oooh suddenly feel a little tired - might have a lie down on the sofa with the kids before the painting lol!
Oh, got a few high point surveys this morning so that's good as the points are really building up now. I hope to be able to use some of them for christmas presents. I have been naughty this week with money and need to STOP myself asap. I've spent close to £50 on frivilous (sp?) things and it has to stop. Fortunately, I've not debted or anything like that - not that I can do!!- but it could have gone into savings to pay the debt off. I'm not even going to go there with what I bought, but it all will make me smile.
Hope all are having a good Sunday.

OK - final load in the machine now OH is up - bed clothes - he's taken the kids to his mum's for an hour. Then he informed me we were going out for food at 3pm - his mate's birthday at the pub. Grrr. I hate being assumed I'm going somewhere. Also, I like his friends, but have very little in common with them, so have very little to say and they'll all be drinking (and I won't). At least I'll have the kids to keep me busy and no-one will be smoking - hurray!
OH did say he would ask his mum to watch the kids for an hour or so but really, there is little point as the men and women tend to group together anyway, so it's not like we'd have quality time together.
Enough of my moan!
Off to try and do some school work before we have to go out, although the way I'm feeling I don't want to go and would be a misery if I did go so I don't want to make others feel down. Don't think I will go actually. Oh can go on his own cos I bet he won't want to take the kids on his own!
