OMG Sea...these hugs I'm sending don't seem to work very well...sorry to hear the bad news re the pupils...keep strong and I think it will do you good to have a rest from Wills...is Soph stropping because Wills is going with grandma?...
Unfortunately there is nothing you can say or do for MIL she will have to come to terms in her own time..have the hospital offered her councilling?
As for spending £2 on dinner today..don't worry as you've got loads to deal with at the moment...I really hope things get better soon for you..take care xx

Hi all

Took lunch today

Mil has takena turn for the worse today though and OH has rushed in from work to see her - I have no idea if it's a minor setback, or something more serious as I was at school so couldn't really talk.

Fingers crossed.

Right, well OH rang - looks like an infection so not chance of her going home tomorrow which she seems convinced of. However, they moved her into a different room and that was when she had problems - so they've had to move her back again.

Hopefully should be recovering from the infection soon. DD will be going with OH tomorrow to see her - I have awful cold so I'm not going to go. We bought her a present for Soph to take, not very MSE, but she'll like it.

Hi Sea sorry things aren't getting any better. I hope you are looking after yourself though as well. Hope you're cold gets better soon and I'm sure MIL will love the present from Soph.

I know things will improve

It was lovely tonight - Sophia and I read 2 books (she read them to me - school learning to read ones ) and had a nice chat. Sometimes it's hard to focus on the everyday little lovely things
