Hi Sea ...you have been busy today and well done on the weightloss!!0

Hi all - hope all ok today. Been flyladying like crazy and am currently listening to the radio show - I think I need to get out more!!
Am feeling better just achieving that BUT have spent £2.04 on a little downloadable kit for hte kids about manners - really silly thing but it fully appealed to me and I used paypal money so have already told me self off and got over it!
My mum is coming over tonight to look after the kids tomorrow as I'm going to a conference for work, but because I'm part time I don't work fridays usually - won't get paid for it - but it'll be good for my development and also for when I go for threshold.
Only spend £1.25 today- lunch at school, which I thought was fab
Waiting now for the tesco delivery - lets hope that they don't substitute my offers... will have to scan it all when it comes so hope it comes at 9pm not 11pm!!
Off to my mum's this weekend, so might not be able to catch up on all the news, so will be back on Sunday

OMG! I am NEVER doing another online shop again - HUGE amount of money just spent, ok it included nappies and baby milk but really! Double my target of a weekly shop (about £35 a week for the 4 of us) and cam to just under £55!!!!! Shocking! Really annoyed and will have to do a storecupboard challenge for an extra week in order to make up the difference.
Mind you, still better than popping to the supermarket for a few bits and coming back £90 lighter with very little to show for it!

Yes - one of the BOGOFs on some burgers (for OH) but apart from that i saved £13 on offers and £9 on the voucher I had. But had I gone into store I could have got my shop for much much less! Ah well, will make it last!
Mum finally got here after being stuck on the M62 for far too long!

But then would you be tempted by other stuff? I never take OH with me coz he just gets anything he wants regardless of whats on offer/best value (he has just phoned me to inform me that he's ordering pizza at work:eek: after he told me not to bother cooking for him because he wasn't hungry:mad: Bl00dy man!)
Glad ur Mum finally got there.... have a good night

Hiya Sea, I've often wondered if we would save money shopping online so we couldn't be tempted to buy stuff that's not on the list, but I suppose you do miss out on offers and reduced items. You still seem to have saved quite a bit though. I'll have to give it a go. Are Tescos the best one? We've got Tescos, Asda or Sainsburys near us.
Glad your Mum got there okay, don't work too hard tomorrow!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

Hi all :hello:
I am aware that quite a few of my entries haven't been very DFW/MSE and with the debt diaries discussion in mind, I'll just update the diary when I've got something MSE to say!
So - I spent only £15 this weekend which was great - got a lift to leeds and back to Preston where OH picked us all up from. I came home with a bike (for dd), 2 helmets (one for each of kids), a bike pump, 2 rucksacks for kids, 2 height chrts, a new change bag(all from wonderful Surestart), a tomato plant, a cake (won on raffle), an indoor salad garden and had a wonderful day out on sat with the kids at Beeston fesitval - they went on the boucey castle, had food, played games and DD won first prize in the picture made from flowers competition (Craft and Produce show section of the festival
) So proud!! Then saw my friend's gorgeous new baby and we didn't have takeout but she had pizzas in -
Not so good for diet however.
Lovely weekend had
OH been very busy in the house, painting and DIYing but the spending is going up with nearly £50 spent in B&Q. Also I couldn't arrange a van to pick up the swing, so it's gone elsewhere now(got a swing for DD on freecycle).
Must be careful with money tihs week - will be posting on daily spends thread I think!
Also considering doing an MA - there is a fabulous course near here where one of the modules is on RS secondary ed so would be perfect. However it costs £690 for the module. Might ask school if they would pay for a little - but I probably won't do it as it is so much money.
I hope all are well.
