I personally have no problem with healthy people who are out of work having less income than those in work, some people living in bigger houses than others, (providing they pay for them out of their own pocket), nor inherited wealth (don't we all want to leave something to our children).
Therefore I will not be signing the petition.(AKA HRH_MUngo)

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton0 -

Yeah, well I tried that yesterday with the Disability Benefit Reform petition, and the thread was deleted with no reason given. So much for fairness. It wasn't marketing, spam or referrals, so I fail to see the reason why it was deleted. Some people supported it and some were against it, but that's not enough reason for it to go. Good luck, anyway.
If anyone's interested, please PM me. I'm not going to post it on the forum again for obvious reasons.
I've signed this one, too.0 -

Oh i love the black and white world you actually would make a good a mp, i am 36 legally blind i worked for the RSPCA for 15 years, i have a son who has got cystic fibrosis and is quite ill, I had to give up work to care for him and spend large amounts of time staying over at the hospital with him.

Whoever wins the next election, by the time their 5 years is up (if not before), benefits will not exist like they do now. We as a country are still borrowing way to much and it wont go on too much longer!!0

I don't see this govt as corrupt....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
