delayed but lost all booking info

I was on a flight delayed from hurgharda to gatwick I know it was Jan 2010 and we were delayed over 24 hrs due to a problem with the plane and they had to divert another - we were meant to land on the Fri night at Gatwick and landed early hours of Sun morning - the airline was Viking but with no boarding pass details or info can I still claim - the holiday was booked with teletext holidays online:(

Viking Airlines no longer exist (stopped operating October 2010) so there is no-one to claim from anyway0
