How do I dry out the floorboards & ceiling?

Came home and noticed a dirty brown mark on the kitchen ceiling. Went upstairs and decided it was coming from the toilet - built into vanity units, just to make it a bit easier :T Had a look and down the bottom, the floorboards are soaking :eek: I've eventually got into the back of the toilet, found its the bit that fills…

My plug thing is like the first picture. There is actually a screwfix close by, so I'm going to take the whole thing out and replace it. It doesn't need done, but for the sake of £4, it's kinda stupid not to! I was going to replace the washer at the same time anyway.

The floor boards are dying out nicely too.
