Flight delay from Orlando Oct. 2005

I know it's a long time ago but I wondered if anyone else has claimed for a flight from Orlando 23/10/2005. It was an evening flight which had to be diverted to Halifax, Nova Scotia due to a technical fault. After spending several hours in the airport ( which was closed for the night) passengers were taken to hotels until a new flight the next day. I don't recall any details re. airline or flight no. but maybe someone was there too. If its worth persuing a claim here, I'd like to know.

Unless you can write to the airline and they decide to give you a payment (unlikely) there is nothing else you can do as you cannot make any court claim as it is longer than 6 years
