2005 delay

We were delayed about 24 hrs in July 2005. Booked with Travel City and airline was Air Antlanta. All we got was a small amount from travel ins. Can we claim under new rules?

have you read the FAQs? there are a number of clues there about whether you would have a claim or not - most significant being the timescale

Does anyone actually read the FAQs, or do you expect others to do all the work for you? I am ranting now ...:mad::mad:

Did read FAQ's so aware of time situation. Was wondering if we can go after icelandic airline which originally owned Air Atlantic Europe.
