Can anyone give me advice on which companies are reliable when they offer 12 months free on a 12 month contract and which ones are just a con?

In my experience i have found

phoneboxdirect and oneestopphoneshop both payout the redemptions (albeit after about 9 weeks or sending the bill in!)

I have just ordered my second contract phone from phoneboxdirect as I didn't have any problems getting my cashback for my first year. It does take a long time for the cheques to arrive though. Apart from that - it has been good service.

I'm with Simply3G on a 12 month free, 12 month contract.

Had my first cashback no problem, just had an email confirming my 2nd claim, so hope to get 2nd cheque in the next couple of days.

their customer service is meant to be rubbish though, if you do encounter problems.

as long as its not with phones2u direct...coz if it is, then i can pretty much guarantee u wont get ur cashback!

Phones2U are rubbish. After you follow there very nitty gritty t and c, you need a court order to get your cashback.
