Hi,
I am looking to purchase a boiler for central heating and hot water. I have a large three bedroom property with a bathroom, an additional loft room + shower room.
Not sure which boiler would be suitable and powerful enough for the above, any suggestions? Would the Potterton Performa 28 be any good?
Thanks

There are 3412 btu's in a Kw just for the record...
Without seeing the property and not knowing this boiler (is it a combi?) if so i would not recommend it as a combi would struggle to provide hot water to multiple draw offs.
Other than that i would say 28kw would be sufficient. It's quite a big boiler. You could even drop to a 24.
