Hi,
In December my family was delayed for over 4 hours because of maintenance on the aircraft.
The thing is, the flights were booked with Qantas as Heathrow > Hong Kong > Perth > Singapore > Heathrow.
Although the booking was with Qantas, two of the flights, including the one that was delayed, were assigned to British Airways.
So it was a British Airways flight (BA27) but I never booked or paid any money to BA it was with Qantas.
So who do I claim from BA or Qantas?
Cheers,
Nigel
