Just been to drop my pre paid parcels off at the post office and got charged the extra price increase!!!0

Well have complained to royal mail and been told the post office were wrong to advise me this and any postage purchased before the price increase is valid. Obviously this info is no good to me now as the parcels have been sent and I paid the extra on the advice of the post office staff. So I have replied asking how I go about claiming a refund!0
