Really need help please if anyone can? I go through all the info putting in weight etc and get cost and won't print a label, I need to print today as I get today's prices, saves £3 on one parcel. I then get an email and Try to reprint and it has sample across the print out. Tried this 3 times on one parcel so has cost 3 x £2.70, not great arghhhh
Big thanks to anyone that can help please

As I said before. Try printing in IE0

I have a lot of problems with paypal postage but have never managed to print a sample label before. I have none to print at the moment otherwise I'd go and check where the option is, but as per custardy's suggestion I do use IE .I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Internet explorer? Sorry how do I use that? I think you need a laptop, not an iPad?0

On an iPad you don't. A little bit of advice for anyone buying a new iPad, but a surface instead. They actually work with the general stuff you want to use. Anyway PayPal postage is a little dodgey, so probably best to avoid using anything that isn't a laptop or computer.0

if the only computer you have is an Ipad, then expect to have these types of issues0 -
I browse on my ipad, and maybe answer questions and bid- but for trading I do it all on my desktop. I'm not techie enough to link my ipad to all the services I need online, but my desktop is all set up with my printer and my scales etc so I use that as an 'office'.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. we have laptops, smart TVs,streaming boxes, smart phones etc
however IMO you always need a full fat PC for 'work'
plus as a geek,it needs to be way more powerful than needed0 -

I keep trying to explain to my 'young uns' that I can't 'think' unless I'm on the desk top, once I sit in front of the large screen I just seem to be able to manage better.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
