Swagbucks UK I appreciate everyone's concern and let me reassure you, we are just as keen on making this the best possible experience as everyone here. Sometimes I feel like some comments have a very negative and cynical tone that may scare away more users than anything we could ever do with our product. That's why we appreciate all of you who keep a positive vibe here, welcome new users, help them along and in this case advocate for them. In fact, it makes us very proud and honored to be part of such a wonderful community. I wanted to come here personally because Nick does have a harder time being in the know when he is thousands of miles away and hours ahead. Here is how we work: There are a lot of ideas that come up and we try to vet the best ones for testing on a small sample of users. That's right. We test first, see the results, tweak and improve until we find something that is worth pushing to all users. Not all ideas work - those that don't get buried. Personalized goals is one idea that may work or it may fail. We are currently tweaking it and analyzing results. Perhaps even more importantly we are working on a better communications platform to share our product road map with the community and get your feedback so we can focus on the features and projects that mean the most to you. Sorry for the long post but I hope this can help shed some light on what goes on behind the scenes. So if you are a new users who happens to have high goals (not everyone is part of the test) don't worry, we're going to make sure your experience only improves. (Maybe we should give a special something for those who have stuck around See, another idea that just popped up! Thank you again for letting us be part of your digital life. With love and respect, wishing lots of Swag Bucks to everyone - Andre"

    HELLO ......... HELLO........HELLO....
Is there an echo in here ?

If anyone is on FB then please use that link posted by MIWA to offer your thoughts on the present lack of crediting offers & surveys.
    Especially noobies with horrendous goals.

If people don't speak out then they assume they have your permission to $h1t on you.

    As you were.

If we added up all the time we spent on offers that DQ us or do not credit, we would all be millionaires by now :rotfl:
