I keep getting offered a ds about fininacial products and 10 minutes in after naming loads of companies and who I have my services with I get dq'd. This has happened about 3 or 4 times recently :mad:0

Is that the survey where they ask if you pay a fee for your bank account? If so, answer no, and also no to a bank account with added benefits. You should then be OK to complete it.Born to glitch

Sorry. I answered yes to both first time and was DQ'd, answered no second time and was OK. I never understand why some people qualify and others don't when they give same the same answers...seems to be pot luck.Born to glitch0 -

Yes it is. I answered yes to the benefits and no to paying a fee which is the truthful answer. I don't know why I keep trying it when it has happened a few times!:o0
