    Sorry Paul, what I meant was I wasn't referred, I just signed up; I know that the other newbies who were getting the high targets were also not referred like me so I guess I dodged the bullet for some reason.

    I did miss target in first week as I didn't have a clue what I was doing until I found this thread so maybe that's why - am very glad if that is the case :D
