I've been getting captchas for every single round of SBTV and any search wins lately, think it's since they had that day when poll, noso etc were double points. I have hardly ever maxed out on SBTV but often hot on moving on to the next vid when the meter moves up.

I've only ever had the odd captcha here and there before so i'm worried i'm under suspicion now. I have enough to claim an AGC so i'll have to see how that goes, fingers crossed!

    Thanks.

It's not the ads, its the lack of them. I think for SBTV you could earn the equivalent of about £1 a day.

Lost2: Thats exactly what I plan to do.
I havent done anything wrong. I used their site and toolbar and have no ideas what I'm supposed to do with a bot.

Second annoying thing is its my birthday tomorrow. Dont you get 50sb for that?? And lost my month bonus (if they do give me back my account. :(

To think I was about to switch to going for £25 instead of £5 yesterday.[/QUOTE
you do get 50sb :bdaycake: Happy Birthday for tomorrow :D

  • Sorry to hear about everyone who's having problems due to their SBTV usage. I watch LOADS of SBTV every day. I occasionally get one captcha, but then it goes back to normal, but now I'm really nervous I'm watching too much or, if I miss a day, not watching enough!

Has anyone done the 30 minutes 100sb TS on shoes? It seems to be going on for aaaaaages.
  • Haha spoke to soon, I've just got to the end! Finishing today on 235 :) Nice to have that after getting way under 100 for most of the month!

There's an inbox offer to get 5sb for registering on an auction site called wippy.com. Please, please be very careful. It's owned by a company called Flamingo Intervest in the British Virgin Islands. They also own an auction site called Ziinga. There are a lot of complaints on the internet about Ziinga and they are starting to appear about wippy.com too. Apparently if you win anything they give you a 7 day trial for their Gold membership. They then charge you £34.99, but it takes 14 days before they send you what you've won. You're only allowed to win 2 bid items a month or 2 buy it now items. If you want to cancel then you also have to pay half of their Bank charges for processing the refund. If you get any promotional gifts they want a scanned copy of valid ID (passport or driver's license) and a scanned copy of signed credit card form. It all sounds very 'iffy' to me. Incidentally, Facebook blocks the ziinga website because it's unsafe

i think its fairly clear from the responses from several sb staff on the fb page that they are on the defensive and actually don't care. so much rudeness on there from sb employees. about time they put their hands up, showed some humility and admitted that we have valid points. but they won't.

I'm afraid that despite what they say they are only interested in profits. They have no experience in the real world about customer satisfaction or customer care (see my post above about yet another dodgy website they are promoting). As to the de-activating for supposedly misusing SBTV - has anyone ever come across them proving misuse to anyone? The only thing you seem to hear of is deactivation or threat that the account will be monitored, but no actual proof

Sorry to all who've been deactivated
I never used to get the captcha for SBTV but it started about 3weeks ago, I only earn about 9 to 15 SB each day with it and I've never maxed out.
Have managed to redeem and receive a paypal voucher.

I also am on my home computer and sometimes another at work so 2 IPs lately I only watch 30 vids and always watch them to the end.

    • One of the offers I got in my inbox was to sign up to 'wippy.com'. When I looked at the site, it looked far too good to be true (lots of incredibly low bids on expensive phones/mp3 players/cameras etc.) so I checked out reviews of the website, and scamadviser.com advises that it may not be safe to use... I'd just like to let other people who may have seen the deal know that the site is most likely not safe to use, and I wouldn't advise sharing payment details with it.

Jay Fernley Oh yes... sorry if I wasn't clear, I wasn't advising people not to sign up, that was fine, I just don't advise people actually bid on things, no matter how tempting it looks, haha.

Victoria Louise Langley Oh nick i dnt agree with that statement hun. People trust sb to only have us signing up to safe sites. Even if it is only reg to get the points thats really not the point is it? Isnt it better all users have full faith that things they are signing up to could be used safely not just doing offers for points? Sorry
