Had a lovely walk after dinner wingo. It isn't so bad when kids bring their kits home. My DS3 always left his at school.
I saw that about Seaton Carew. I seem to remember something similar near Sunderland a few years ago. I think we get the same news on ITV.
Hope they get everything sorted soon for your DD. I'm afraid I don't know anything about this sort of thing.
I got most of my ironing done earlier walwin!I didn't know what hump day was until a little while ago either - can't be a Scottish expression.

but embarassed to admit I thought all the things you've posted about hump day today were actually something to do with humping and wondered why there was a special day for it
Reading back through the posts on here I realised it's got nothing at all to do with it so googled it
I thought everybody knew as many others have posted hump pictures/messages!0 -
:eek::rotfl::rotfl: @ pics ILC's
google told me this
The middle of a work week (Wednesday); used in the context of climbing a proverbial hill to get through a tough week.
Wednesday, or the hump of the week
The absolute BEST day of the week, the day of maximum hope that maybe, you might make it out of this week alive. A particularly good hump day can last you the rest of the week, and by Doomday morning (Monday) you survive by anticipating hump day. Nothing goes wrong on hump day
Most other days can be defined by hump day. Tuesday is the day before hump day. Thursday is one day after hump day. Except Friday is WOOOH!!! FREEDOM!!! Day, Saturday is Mostly Hungover day, and Sunday is PreDoom day.
Hump day has nothing to do with sex. Unless one wants it to. I like to declare the existence of hump day just to see people's faces. Usually being conservative and all

I guess we all must have the same dirty mind fire**fly!
I've been looking all over for my front door keys and youngest DD said she 'found' them under her play table! Little Winnie she is! She must have hidden them in the first place!Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -
iluvcats - what a fab picture I love it. Reminds my of the kaleidoscope I had as a child that you help up to the light.
Firefly - thanks for the info on hump day, must admit my mind had gone the other way too.
Walwin - hope you manage the iron tomorrow, its my least favorite
household job.
hamster - hope you DD gets her cash card sorted quickly. Shame you didn't get to do the wedding planning.
Sheils - glad you managed a nice walk this evening. Our weather changed at about 5 and the sun came out so I nipped out and put the towels I had wash from the bathroom disaster this morning and it has got most of the wet out of them.
Wingo - glad you are getting some answers at last.
Been trying to catch up on the weekly/monthly mags tonight as i save them up an do them altogether. Sigh.
SYLBIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS0 -

======================================================
thought they would all be sample pots so theses were unexpected
WEIRD HOW the top v bottom FB post contradicts each-other !
So wonder what I am getting? Might end up with one match-pot! (I had 3 emails)
