It's lovely & sunny her sin somerset - DH did not go to watch cricket today as it rained so much yesterday & overnight & they've had a full day's play. At least he's not in a bad mood about it for once.

DD didn't come yesterday & didn't tell me her son had destroyed their cash card (think he's been watching that advert too closely) so I had a night worrying about her - in the end got DS to call her partner who told him what had happened and that her phone is dead. Why she couldn't ask him to let me know she wasn't coming I don't know. Mind you the family saying is that not only could she not organise a pi$$ up in a brewery she wouldn't be able to find the brewery in the first place.

Reading back through the posts on here I realised it's got nothing at all to do with it so googled it

wingo, your son having his uniform screwed up in his bag reminded me of when we had swimming at school and more often than not I used to leave my kit in my bag. Not recommended. It smells absolutely disgusting when you eventually remember it a few days later _pale_

Sylvia, did your sis tell you about the hand grenade that was found on Seaton Carew beach? It was cordoned off while bomb disposal team exploded it! A beach cleaner kicked it thinking it was a bit of tin! :eek:

Hope your DD gets a replacement card soon hamsterfan! Kids eh! The amount of stuff my son used to put down the floorboards when we had carpet up, or in the video!

I got some results back from cahms and DD is below average do is on the autistic spectrum. They are writing to the school to let them know but she still needs a neuro assessment first to see if anything is underlying as her signs and symptoms have developed dramatically. When I got home there was an appointment in the post for her for ophthalmologist which had yesterday's date on! I contacted them and they are sending another one out! They only sent it out Friday and said they were trying to contact me for an urgent app but I never got any call about it!
