Can't believe you've got snow again BenhamsLC! I thought you would have seen the last of it! It's sunny here but not been outside yet!

I'm feeling really unfit and bloated lately! I don't do diets so I've got some leaflets for the exercise classes if I get time! I just hate going on my own! I don't think I will ever be a size 10 again but if I can tone up and make myself feel a bit healthier and fitter! I'm always more down in the winter months and end up comfort eating!

Hi Sheils, yeah, my DD is the one with the pink gloves on at the left! Sh was meant to take her jeans of and gloves and just have leggings on! The tomboyish one strutting her stuff and wobbling all over!

Aw Sheils I can only imagine how hard that must have been for you, sound's to me much harder than looking after someone for years, at least with Alzeihmer's the onset is gradual and the inevitable outcome is in the far distant future

Wingo - is this you doing your exercises? I feel the same but don't like going to these places on my own. We use the wii fit+ (i will rephrase that - we should use our wii fit+) its really good and funny too. Lost about 3 stone a couple of years ago but a stone has crept back on so need to get to it again.

Amilucky - my heart goes out to you. Well done on getting the care you wanted. Well done on the win as well, that will have cheered you up a bit too.

Just thought I would mention that when I got the WEM about the soup maker yesterday it didn't look like a WEM at all. It just said in the heading "re-soup maker". I could easily have missed it.

Off into Durham for lunch today as its halp price food at Yates Wine Bar - hope they have more staff on today as they were run ragged last week.
