    I dont get upset;) bemused more like :) and the plumber should stick to the truths of the matter, 30 rads is getting into the realms of a commercial installation, OR A MANSION, your highness ;)

    My own boiler, for example, is only 18kw and thats for an older 3 bed semi, and it does the job perfectly well, and it NOT a combi either, unvented cylinder for hot water, and that will blow yer t**s off!
