may 2012 went to egypt but return flight was delayed 3 hours i think,we were told reason for dely was that there was not enough cleaners to clean the planes so we had to wait for the plane to be clean before we boarded,hence the delay,not got ticket details but have sent thomson the date when i travelled,also sent the payement details of the date they toon the money for the flight
we wait for there reply
