  • Evening everyone, I have not posted for a very long time because I only managed my first UU for April yesterday  I thought it was going to be my first month without any UU at all!

    UU -
Pack of cotton wool pads - WBA, but got these from Costco so obviously I have the rest of the box to get through first!

Max Factor Facefinity Compact foundation - WBA, in fact I think I will have to buy it before I go on holiday in June as it will travel much more easily than Bare Minerals or a liquid foundation. I will try to UU at least one foundation from the stash before I go back to this again.

UD eyeshadow primer potion - WNBA, this was a little one which came with an eyeshadow palette and I didn't like the wand applicator at all. I had no idea how much was left in the tube but the wand seemed to be pretty dry so I think it is done. Powder eyeshadows don't really crease on me so its not an essential product anyway.

I also have a few Ins so will have to step up my UU rate for the rest of the month :o

Seche Vite top coat, bought with Boots points. I used it last night and it seems to have done the trick, my nails are lovely and shiny and haven't smudged at all. I am terrible at sitting still for long enough for my nails to dry properly so this was almost a necessary in.

I won a raffle prize today so for the princely sum of £1 to charity I have mini sizes of FCUK Sugarscrub, bodywash and bodycream all of which were completely unnecessary

I will hopefully be back soon to report many more UU :rotfl: (doubtful this month!)

Mango shower gel (to match a BB I have in the stash)
Pink grapefruit shower gel (I love this and Im on to the last one but still have lots of the butter)
Coconut Body Butter (to match some shower gels in my stash)
Pink grapefruit EDT (no excuse at all I just love PG)
Almond hand wash (Half price and a welcome change from using up horrid shampoos as handwash)

4 ins from a glamour subscription which will be sold on ebay at some point.

    And some outs

TBS Cranberry shower gel WBNA others I prefer

    Lush Cinders Bath bomb WBA

Boots smile 6+ toothpaste - WBA and will need to soon as on to the last of DD supplies

Sainsburys Skincare Cleansing Fluid - WBA - very simple but effective cleansing milk, trouble is, like a lot of the original stash items, I think this has probably been discontinued by now. I don't think you need to pay a lot for a cleanser so long as its effective in removing eye makeup and leaving your face feeling clean and not tight or irritated. Don't have a HG as such in this specific area, although I'm very fond of No. 7 foaming cleanser - I have a voucher I will probably use to purchase this before it runs out.

Have you tried Anne French cleansing milk? You can get it from Boots, I LOVE the stuff and it's about a fiver a bottle....never on special offer though

    Sorry, £4 a bottle :Dhttp://www.boots.com/en/Anne-French-Deep-Cleansing-Milk-200ml_1225752/

The UD Primer Potion comes in a squeezy tube now, I didn't like the wand either, very wasteful. I have the new version and it is bigger too.

I have just started using my Elemis Cellular Recovery capsules and I love them, they smell so nice, I use the morning one under PCMC and my makeup is just gliding on beautifully. I think this may be an expensive addiction.

I have quite a lot of splutterers at the moment so should have several more uu before the end of the month.

Hi everyone, I have been reading and running too, busy couple of weeks, but trying to keep up with the routines, still need a huge kick every day to use BB or B Lotion though.

UU's are slow, but not too worried, as on an MSE front a lot of the unloveds are gone and the majority of skin care stash is trial size products which are HG's or things being tested against my very reactive skin. There are quite a lot of full sized HG's to work through too.

I had a lovely facial 10 days ago, a "Crystal Clear" microdermabrasion one as my skin was very dull and grey.
It cost a whopping £60, but the effect was amazing, so many of the lines are reduced, some hardly visible. I had a bad reaction to one of the products used, but asked the therapist to note what she had used, I will be going back (for the slightly shorter £45 one) and I think we may have to do a bit of trial and error to try and identify the culprit. At home I have found several products that don't suit me, but as yet, I have not tried to find the ingredients that I react to.

UU's - 15 ml Elemis Gentle Rose Exfoliator and 5 ml REN Invisible Pores Detox Mask, both HG's and have replacements in stock.

:rotfl::rotfl: Just had to answer door to Postie whilst still wearing the mask on lower part of face, just as well I am past caring about these things, I am sure he has seen worse:rotfl::rotfl:

Oh thank you for the recommendation, I'll look that up next time I'm in Boots. I've not heard of it to be honest, which is quite something for me! :)

Two to report from the weekend:
29 - So daring - mini perfume. Nice to put in your handbag, but not my ideal scent.
30 - Lush think pink ballistic. Lovely and girly.

...and that's my one a day for April. Phew. Pressure off! :)
    Cookie, I think you're tame. :heart2:
