galaxy s4 credit check passed and rejected
I pre ordered a black galaxy s4 from carphonewarehouse on 28/03/13 and was one of the first 2000 customers so I was entitled to a free galaxy tab 2 and free premium accessory bundle. The tariff I signed up to was the £41 TMobile package of unlimited calls, texts and data. I passed the credit check.
A couple of days later I noticed the carphone warehouse was doing the galaxy s4 on the three network on their one plan for £37 a month and the galaxy tab 2 was still available as 2000 preorders had not been fulfilled. This tariff was better for me as firstly its cheaper and it allows tethering (missus on talkmobile has trouble getting reception round her mums and other areas so I thought she could use my phone as a wifi hotspot to boost her signal. I applied but got declined.
I noticed today that the tab offer has expired as they now must have had 2000 preorders so I spoke to an adviser saying I wanted to change my original order onto the 3 network and again I failed 3's credit check.
I remember reading somewhere that repeat contract credit checks in a short space of time could result in a failed credit check - is this why i have failed? is 3 credit approval hard to achieve? would my chances of swapping over onto 3 just before the release date be improved?
I currently have 2 contracts with carphone warehouse - both on talkmobile and 1 expires on 18th april (have already given 30 days notice) - could my chances of swapping over onto 3 be better when this contract ends?
If I was able to swap my current preorder over to 3 would this result in me 'losing' the free galaxy tab order?
Finally I have read about the coverage guarantee where if u haven't got a signal where u live then u can return the phone within 14 days and they would find a network which works where i live. Could I just say they I have no signal with tmobile and ask to be moved onto 3 network. If so would I need to do a credit check for 3 (no mention on the coverage guarantee) and also would i have to return the free galaxy tab and accessories?

Well do you know the difference between a magician's wand and a policeman's truncheon?
One is for performing cunning stunts,
Loopholes are not there like you dream.0
