Plumber hasn't/won't register my boiler install with gas safe

Never really got one! It was via our insurance co's builders and the plumber (and the 2nd one who moved it, the the 1st was sent back to commission...) was a sub-contractor to them and we never had direct contact details. Incompetence is my best guess though. Hoping it's chosen to be inspected TBH as I've no confidence in him and it's only been through constant chasing and saying the words 'Gas Safe' that I think I've got this, he kept telling the builders that he'd done everything and it was all left with us!

They are supposed to notify Gas Safe when they start and finish work on the appliance, this was not done in our case by either plumber!
