Brokers are rubbish sometimes, they know they can reduce the quote but it costs them commission so they won't. I made my dad shop around last year and he couldn't believe the difference

The second I got my renewal letter I went through TCB to get quotes and axa direct price matched the cheapest. My broker has always done this but the prices weren't very different then, I think mentioning the big difference got her back up and asking for a price match was the final straw :D all I have to do is wait until Tuesday when I get my pension then I can pay it all off so no interest payments either :D
Now the start on saving for next years policy begins yet again :rotfl:

Don't know if anyone else has mentioned but if you rub the crown hair with voddy and tea tree it's supposed to keep them away,
I used to put it on my D/Ds hair because her hair was long and very thick.

Just remembered I've got some simnel cake left from Easter so that ll do but would rather one of those or a nice piece of home made coffee cake, my favourite:) It s a good job I check what I've typed on this iPad as it changes words to what it wants to put not what I ve typed. It said simple not simnel.

I love, love, love coffee cake, but why oh why do the shops insist on making it with walnuts in??

    Not everyone likes walnuts

    Good evening.
I've just near-completed the M lists. There will be, in due course, a few further updates, such as details of the Cadbury Highlights, but the lists are now - in my view - in a usable state (nothing out of date on the price comparison for M, and nothing still there that's since expired). Unbelievably, the Avs M list is still under the 25,000 character limit. However I have removed the details of the Fantas and Irn Brews as I haven't caught up with whether or not the Fanta Exotic is still working as a trigger and, as a result, for now, the own-brand pops (still on 2 for £1.00 multibuy in M) have not yet been added back on the latest lists (in case the Fantas are still working, and far better). I'm off out now, for the early evening, but I will be back later.
