    Afternoon all

Hope you all having a good day :)

I had a manic morning getting organised, then got dropped off early at the hospital so I could pop in to my department and drop my sick note in. My maternity leave officially end this weekend so at least I should start getting paid again for a while :D. Have now got 1 year to get better and back to work before my contact is terminated so got to hope everything goes smoothly with rest of my treatment.
Am about half way through todays chemo now and have had a nice little sleep for a few hours :p Have had message from consultant that he wants me to have bloods repeated on Monday so will now have the fun job of trying to organise childcare for that when I get home
Anyway, going to stay positive, I am now officially in cycle 6/6 :j:j

I'm assuming from my contact with them today that is sadly the case. The fiends.

    Hmmm <strokes chin>
Half of me thinks go on Mildred do it, the other half thinks oh just leave it and move on to the next glitch

As an aside, Viking (ie Office Depot) emails include this little gem:

Delivering Winning Solutions that Inspire Worklife™

    This made me chuckle :D

yip, no point stressing you win some, you lose some!:D

If you can't afford to lose the initial outlay of glitch then you shouldn't get involved.....

As far as I can see with the Viking order it was going to be a bonus if the points showed up. I ordered some printer ink that I actually needed at that time and it was delivered when I couldn't go out. I've still got a £15 gift card that I can spend. I don't feel I've particularly lost out so not going to waste energy stressing about it :D

I agree, especially with regards to the bingo/gambling cashback...nothing lost here with viking as those gift cards can be used all over the place ;)

With regard to the points though I personally think that viking should have picked this up at point of order and either honoured or cancelled in full - not just copping out when they realised what happened after the event
