    Morning all.
I've just had to wrestle a dead bird out of my cats mouth. Yuk!

    Morning all -

As If I've missed a Vodka glitch. I have no more words other than  .

SD et al - if imagining me running around the room like a big girl because I missed a Vodka glitch makes you smile, then GOOD, some good has come from it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    So do I!! :) ....
    but.........
    12. Contracts where cancellation not possible: –
 fully performed service contracts (provided the consumer consented, acknowledging they
would lose the right to withdraw)
 Goods delivered sealed, subsequently unsealed, for health or hygene reasons, or because
they are CDs, DVDs or software.
 Newspapers, magazines, periodicals (not including subscriptions)
 Goods and services subject to fluctuations in financial market and which would affect price in
    withdrawal period
 Goods which after delivery cannot be separated from other materials
 Personalised, and goods to consumer’s particular specification
     Perishable goods
 Supply of alcohol where price agreed but value may fluctuate after contract concluded

Now I am way over my head!! :rotfl:

The key words I would focus on are "after contract concluded" ;)

    According to T.com
At all times our acceptance of an order takes place on despatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order

So, if the price fluctuates from £6.90 to £17 between you placing the order and them charging your card then the price has fluctuated prior to contract being formed, not after. So you can return it and they can't hide behind the alcohol loophole you found

I was also onto live chat the same time, after a bit of arguing this was the final quote
chat_agent.png : I've just been in touch with our Nectar team and there's been an update. There was a lot more people taking up this offer than we expected, which is causing some delays. As long as you received the email direct from Nectar, you will get the bonus points. We hope to have all the points issued to the waiting customers by the end of next week. I'm sorry for misinforming you earlier.

we don't like misinformers on here :rotfl:

Still arguing with Viking, so far they've offered to collect the giftcards or give me £10 off my next purchase.

Will you be buying more giftcards? :D
