It's so strange that I can remember almost every detail of that day but can't remember what I did yesterday or what I have to do tomorrow without having it written down.
My heart aches every day, I feel like I don't want to (I don't know what to put here, maybe go on, feel like this, do anything. I don't know what I don't want)

Me too! had a call from cs this morning stating didnt have enough in stock therefore nothing was sent out, & I did have allow substitutes.. but got nothing & my online status also says delivered!.... doesnt it make you feel like going in there when they say nothing else suitable & showing them they do have suitable in stock!... so no voddie :mad:0 -
re viking: after much to-ing and fro-ing she has now said this:
Viking: I'm sorry but Nectar will not validate any of the direct delivery orders.
Viking: Can you send me the link with this on? Is it a Viking link or from a forum?
Viking: If you send this to me I'll pass it on to the Nectar team and ask them about it for you?
Mildred: It's a copy of the viking email. It's clear from that email that the exclusion of direct delivery items relates to pick your delivery day, as these items come directly from the manufacturer/supplier therefore it makes sense for Viking to exclude as they cannot guarantee a delivery date.
Viking: I will be forwarding our nectar team to look at this - as I have advised I am unable to add any points for you as I don't have the facility to do so. They will need to sort this out for me.
Mildred: I look forward to hearing from them - how and when will this happen please?
Viking: I will most probably hear from them and then get back to you, I will keep you updated throughout the day.
Thanks to Chrisv and floflo for the above info while I was chatting with them. Will update if I hear anything0
